Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within a few business days after payment (usually 2-5 business days). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery times

Our pieces ship from our international fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• United States: 7-15 business days

• Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia: 10-20 business days

• Rest of the world: 12-25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays and customs checks can add extra days.

Shipping rates

• Standard tracked shipping: $4.95 per order

• Free standard shipping on orders over $60

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You can follow your order with the tracking link in your shipping email or on our Track Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order shows no tracking movement for 10 days, or has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at hello@myosote.com. We will work with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
