1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of myosote.com and to any purchase you make from Myosote ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. The store and payments

Our online store runs on the Cartva platform. Card payments are processed by Cartva, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars unless you choose another display currency; your bank may apply its own conversion fees.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our jewelry is fashion jewelry made from plated metals, alloys and stainless steel unless a product page states otherwise. Plated finishes can wear over time; to keep your piece looking its best, avoid water, perfume and lotions and store it dry.

4. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is out of stock, if a price or description error is found, or if we suspect fraud. Prices and promotions may change at any time but will not affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to the carrier-confirmed address. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity under your account.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Myosote name, logo, text and graphics, belongs to Myosote or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
